By purchasing an access PIN, the user is granted a non-transferable, personal license to access the application for the duration of the purchased tour. The service is provided “as is,” and the user assumes full responsibility for ensuring their device maintains an active internet connection and is compatible with the platform requirements throughout the duration of the activity.

3. User Conduct and Safety The user acknowledges that the activity takes place in public urban spaces. Therefore, the user assumes full and exclusive responsibility for their physical safety. The user is strictly required to:

By participating, the user acknowledges the risks inherent in outdoor city exploration and agrees to hold the business harmless from any claims arising from their conduct or incidents occurring during the tour.

Intellectual Property All content provided within the GuideGame platform, including but not limited to riddles, text, maps, software code, graphic design, and branding, is the exclusive intellectual property of Vasileiadi Vithleem and is protected by applicable copyright laws. The user is granted a limited license to access this content for personal, non-commercial use only. Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, or public display of this content is strictly prohibited.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece. Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Athens, Greece.
