Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Business Identity This Refund and Cancellation Policy is provided by the sole proprietorship “Vasileiadi Vithleem,” located at Argiroupoleos 13, 16451 Argyroupoli, Attica, Greece. The business is registered with the Tax Identification Number (AFM) 147771520 at the Tax Office of Ilioupoli.

2. Nature of Digital Content Our tours are provided as digital content in the form of a unique access PIN. Upon the successful completion of your purchase, the product is considered “delivered” to you via email. By purchasing the access PIN, you acknowledge that you are receiving immediate digital access to our interactive service.

3. Right of Withdrawal In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws regarding digital products, you have the right to request a full refund or withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date of the transaction. This right is granted strictly on the condition that your access PIN has not been activated or used in any way to access the tour.

4. Expiration of Refund Rights Once the access PIN has been entered into our platform and the tour session has been activated, the digital service is considered “fully consumed”, and the provided license is active. Consequently, once activation has occurred, the right of withdrawal and the possibility of a refund expire immediately, as you have gained full access to the proprietary digital tour content.

5. Refund Procedure To submit a valid refund request, you must send an email to our support address at hello@guidegame.gr with the subject line “Refund Request.” Please include your full name, the email address used for the purchase, and your order/transaction ID. Upon verification that the PIN remains unused, we will process your request and credit the refund back to your original payment method within 30 business days.
